The public repository is the canonical source for this edition. The website
adds navigation, examples, and audience explanations around that release; it
does not create a parallel architecture.

## Public scope

- Homepage: category definition, operating loop, human–AI boundary, and audience paths.
- Architecture map: nine-node loop, constitutional principles, and reading paths.
- Claim boundary: evaluation as a scoped, evidence-backed question rather than a certification label.
- Contribution: ordinary GitHub issues and pull requests, with public-scope guardrails.
- Worked example: a fictional mandate-to-learning scenario that follows all nine steps.

The release deliberately omits unpublished implementation detail and does not
claim universal certification or independent standards authority.

## Claim boundary

Evaluation is a scoped question, not a certification label. State the version,
responsibilities, scenarios, limits, evidence, exceptions, and review date.

a question or challenge. Open a [pull request](https://github.com/PMO-City/agentic-pmo-architecture/pulls)
for a correction, example, documentation improvement, or accessibility fix.
Stay within the public scope, do not include private material or credentials,
distinguish aspiration from evidence, preserve the nine-step loop and human
authority, and explain changes that could affect meaning. See

## Release evidence

The public repository carries the release notes, governance, license, and
machine-readable scope. This site carries the readable mirrors and review
metadata needed to validate the presentation.

## Evolution

- Patch versions correct or clarify without changing architectural meaning.
- Minor versions add backward-compatible extensions.
- Major versions may change architectural meaning and require migration guidance.
