## The model at a glance

Organizations operate continuously, but most management systems operate
periodically. The architecture keeps intent, Activities, execution, Evidence,
state, judgment, and learning connected as work progresses.

The public shorthand is:

- Activities are the governed expression of organizational intent.
- The Living Governed State represents current organizational reality.
- Humans and AI contribute to one operational reality.
- AI operates through explicit, bounded governance.
- Human judgment remains sovereign.

## The nine-node continuous operating loop

The loop is conceptual and continuous. It is not a claim that every
